These samples was attached to some Mo FIB grid which was mounted from the X-ray microprobe instrument on the beamline. An X-ray excitation energy of nine.six keV was accustomed to excite the Fe ions in the sample. An X-ray zone plate furnished a location size of 200$times$200 nm plus a 3-axis phase
